Resolved Cant send emails error 451

    The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was 'masaloi@optusnet.com.au'.

    Subject ''
    Server Error: 451
    Server Response: 451 4.3.2 Please try again later
    Server: 'mail.optusnet.com.au'
    Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC78
    Protocol: SMTP
    Port: 25
    Secure(SSL): No

    Strange, as these things are.
    All going OK then, one gets this. Inwards mail OK..outwards no go.

    It just sorted itself out.
    All Ok again.

    Thanks for that observation...seems I missed the "fine print" in my exasperation.
    HOWEVER, are you able to explain why I would receive such a notification as ---
    The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address.

    From my Google search for a solution it did appear that 541 was not an uncommon issue, so figured there must be a common reason.
    But if not I'll have to settle with that.

    I assume you mean 451?

    Your error was
    which is a temporary error, so the other error is likely caused by the 1st.
