Can't run Spybot on Win 95

    Another Fly in the ointment.

    Spy Sweeper requires .NET to use the help section.

    I installed .NET and Help now works fine.

    Now that I have Spy Sweeper installed I may see what the original problem was caused by.

    IF Ad-Aware and Spybot were being loaded at startup and were running at the time of the Total Access install, Spy Sweeper may not have been allowed to install correctly.
