I have updated my system specs to the above operating system.
Also I have one private message that I cannot read which I would like to before
    emptying the private messages folder?.
Can anyone tell me in simple steps how to view this message?

Hi raldridge, Just click on Quick Links > scroll down to Private Messages click to open > Click on top entry (last shown) > the instructions are shown on what you want to do. Neil.

    Hi Neil,
Up the top of the screen on right below the Welcome it says private messages
    unread 0,total 1.
I followed your instructions and it brought me to where I have been before.
It says there, inbox zero messages. But there is a message somewhere that I cannot access to read? Could not see any instructions to access this message
    at private messages?.

If it reads 0 unread - you have no messages. The 1 Total probably was your Welcome to BBS. Neil.

In the middle of the page in the PM page, there should be a long green line and under it, it says Jump to Folder. Click on the down arrow and it will be in one of those folders.
