    I have windows XP Professional SP3. I have a generic15.cklu trojan horse.
I can't log on. I tried safe mode, safe mode w/networking,safe mode w/command prompt to no avail. I removed the harddrive and installed it in another computer and ran a spyware 7 full scan. I don't know if it got rid of the trojan horse, but I still can't log on. When the log on screen comes up I click on the icon and before I have time to type in my password (it reads in little blue letters:loading personal info and then a half second later it reads logging off and then it stays on the log on screen). This happens everytime I try to log on,even in safe mode.
    Can anyone help?

That seemed to do the trick. I ran several different malware/virus scans and find no infections. But, after logging on,on the desktop There's a black box that reads "Your System is infected" How do I get rid of that black box?
There are no more infections. Thanks

    Dave

Well thats good news. Now that you can log in, your computer needs to get cleaned from any remaining malware thats on your system.

Follow Aries instructions and post a new thread in the Malware and Virus Removal Forum.
