Resolved Cannot send an attachment with my oe e mail

    Every time I try to send an attachment with my Outlook Express e mail this is what comes up:-

    An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Blakes Barn Blakes Barn 2012 002.jpg [42/42]', Account: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Server: 'relay.plus.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 Suspicious message', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC6F

    I can send normal e email with no trouble but cannot send attachments. I have Avast security and Malaware Bytes security and Super anti spyware can any of these stop the attachmenst going??

    BE GRATEFUL OF ANY HELP PLEASE.:(

    Possibly an issue with the size of the attachment, some ISP's limit the size of emails you can send.

    BTW, you still haven't renamed your account ;)

    Are you trying to send an .exe type file (program file)?

    You are quite right Wildfire I have not renamed my account because am not sure how to do it!! ( I am only a novice !! lol)
