Resolved Cannot open microsoft works documents

    Hi, I have microsoft works 9 on my computer (vista home premium), but recently i have been unable to open any documents either via email or the internet. it comes up with the error message "microsoft works font cache has stopped working ". i have tried removing and reinstalling works, but has made no difference.
    Can someone please, help..getting very frustrated.

    Great thankyou! problem solved;). i did actually find that page a few days ago, but couldnt locate the driver. ended up being an old photo printer i had tried to get going a while ago!
