Hopefully I am within the rules so far... A quick preamble if I may. Everything went to hell after I downloaded a so called "key" that was supposed to let me view a torrent movie file I had downloaded. After I downloaded this key a new program immerged called "Movie Player" and I was unable to open my IE7 after that moment.

I used Smitfraud fix to clean my computer. My computer would not reboot in safemode so I did it from normal mode. It also said I had been DNS hijacked or something so I clicked "ok" to DYNAMIC something? I loaded Firefox and still can't get online. Here are the reports:

UPDATE: i read about a program called combofix..needless to say it cured my computer..thanks guys!

    Hi
It is not a good idea to run any tools we use here on your own !
Different tools are meant for different infections and just running them at random could harm your system.
Case in point, see this thread, post # 3.
    http://www.windowsbbs.com/showthread.php?t=71251

Combofix is not a toy, it is a very powerful tool and used without supervision you could harm your system, even to the point that it would be unbootable
