Can anyone tell Best System Optimizer

    Hi all,

    My PC's Configuration is...

    Intel core 2 duo..
    OS- Windows Vista Ultimate
    Ram-1 GB
    Hard disk - 500 GB
    Free Space -45 GB..

    ok when i started my system...i takes 10 min in loading and when logged in & open IE or other word documents...it hangs and says a message that its not responding..need to close..!!
    Is there any software that can optimize or tweak my PC..IF any one knows ...plz reply..!!
