Bsod stop error 0x0000008E

    Ok, I installed and i am going to boot in normal mode. One question, what happens when you install the wrong update for a driver?

    Generally speaking if the driver is not compatible with your hardware it will not install and you will be advised via a screen message.

    Please try to remember what you were doing when the fault came back.

    Have you tried the instruction for using Blue Sreen View again (post 2) to see if you can get the error report to save and then post it here.

    Was the error message the same?

    Will it still boot into safe mode?

    It can stilll boot in safe mode. Exact same error. Bsod viewer cant save.
