    Hi,

I own a Lenovo ThinkPad T430 with W10 installed, and I'm experiencing an issue where the Bluetooth icon doesn't appear in the taskbar. When I navigate to Settings >> Bluetooth, I cannot find the Bluetooth 'turn on' button.

I've tested the Bluetooth chip (PCB) by replacing it with another laptop's working Bluetooth chip, and it worked fine. However, the issue persists on my laptop.

Interestingly, if I connect an external Bluetooth adapter, the Bluetooth icon appears in the taskbar, and the 'turn on' button shows up in Settings.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

What do you want to be able to do withOUT a bluetooth device hooked up?

I see the On/Off switch within my setting but it doesn't appear to do anything when I switch it to on.

    Hi Steve.
    Thanks for your Answer.
For example, if I want to connect a Bluetooth device to my laptop via the built-in Bluetooth, I would need to turn on the Bluetooth first and then proceed with the pairing process. However, in my case, neither the Bluetooth icon appears in the taskbar nor is the button available in Bluetooth settings.
