Resolved Backup cannot complete

    Have you run Check Disk and followed the links given in post # 6

    Yes I followed the instructions in post #6, My computer is checked for Malaware on a regular basis I have not run the Check disk but I will do it now.

    Another suggestion to you would to run sfc /scannow which is self explanatory on this link - How to repair Windows 7 System Files
    Note the space between sfc /

    Hope either Check Disk or the above helps your problem.
