guys i need your help again..

    SCENARIO:
when i turn my pc on.. it loads.. til it hits the POST.. DEL... option to enter the BIOS...

after it... it shuts down... i have to make 5 tries of turning ON before it windows loading appear and proceed to my desktop....

    1. could my motherboard be damage?

I would be inclined to replace the CMOS battery on the motherboard, but there could be many possible causes including a failing Power Supply.

Adding to Pete's comments, one can also try removing, cleaning and then re-seating memory and video. If you recently added or changed memory, go back to your old configuration and report back.

It's not easy - testing power supplies is a specialist task, but there is a way of checking what voltages the PSU is outputting using software, but this requires the computer to be booted up.

System Information Windows > Hardware - Sensors

The only other option is by changing the PSU - stick with the other suggestions first.

It could be a heat problem. Check that there is good air flow through the case (vents or the heatsink of the chips/CPU are not blocked with dust).

If it stops at POST and asks you to press DEL to go into the BIOS it is saying it wants you to check the settings. Look for something like Set Defaults and save that.

Games will make the graphics adapter work hard. Do you have a good set of drivers? Graphics not only need a good set drivers, they need a good set of chipset drivers as well. Games also need good audio drivers.

Put your system specs in your profile and we could help you look for drivers
