Looking at the tracert results, there is some kind of problem there.

Have you approached your ISP regarding the problem? It may be an idea to do that, if only to eliminate it.

 

Yo, finally got there from home. One of the freeproxy sites took me there. I will contact the ISP provider or get a new one.

Must be an ISP problem imo if you are able to navigate ok through the proxy.
