    Good! I'm glad it works the same for you as it does for me ... can't always tell about computers, y'know. :) And, this thread had gone on for so long that I was afraid I might have missed something.

    I wasn't sure that what I was telling you could be taken as gospel, as I run a very highly configured FF with 24 extensions, including Tab Mix Plus, which provides numerous tab options not available in the default installation. I was able to run FF using a plain vanilla profile, though, and it behaved just as I described.
