Inactive A Virus possibility.

    What do you mean by "installed sendspace.com "? There is nothing to install.

    Clicking SendSpace.com Web site opens and installs on computer for a session. Three files were transferred, clicked Upload, this cleared contents of screen.

    Tried again, still can not "Paste ". It maybe best for me to close, as I am getting no where.

    You don't have to paste anything.
    You need to upload all logs to SendSpace and I'll paste them for you.

    Files (3) have been uploaded to SendSpace yesterday and confirmation was sent to my E-mail address. What is required now?

    They don't send any emails but in any case re-read my reply #17 how to provide me with a link so I can download and see those files.

    Request outlined in #17 was carried out by me but the results were simply negative. I can not understand as to why when following instructions it fails to materialise.

    At this point I'd suggest asking a friend or family member who knows little bit more about computers to help you out with carrying my instructions.
    Unfortunately I can't be more clear with my instructions.

    I appreciate your help. I can only feed the instructions into the computer, how the computer carries out, has no reference of my knowlege or lack of knowledge as you point out. I can only write at this point, in thanking you for all the help given.

    I repeat again, you have been most helpful, appreciated. Trouble in this instance, is simply computer malfunction, as far as I can remember the error copy/paste has been a fault when I require to use it with Windowsbbs postings.Again tried and have FRST.txt saved, it opens, but refuses Copy/Paste as greyed out. Apparently,it seems that I am the only person with this error.

    To be fair, I followed your instructions to the letter and even tried in registering with the site and still it was unsuccessful. You have to believe me, that I hate facing failure. FRST file is still shown in the "C" drive and I have read the file contents.Prospect of failure! is extremely difficult to accept. Bobby.

    If you followed my instructions then you would post FRST download link for me from SendSpace.
    Unfortunately I can't be any more clear short of coming to your place and doing it for you.
    I'll say one more time, ask a friend or family member for some help with executing my instructions.
    Other than that it doesn't make any sense to me to keep replying back and forth with very same advice.

    I agree in what you say, though I doubt very much with my computer that you would successfully download FRST following your instructions to the last letter. Thanks Bobby.
