Hi all,

Recently, my computer ( win xp sp3 )went berserk. I was using the system and halfway through, it prompt ' The application faile to initialize properly ( 0xc01500004 ). click OK to terminate the application.

I restarted and tried the program. Same error. Then, I realised the rest of the applications were having the same problem.

I did an antivirus scan and malware scan. It gave a clean record.

Anyone has advice on how to get rid of this?
