This is most likely due to Ad-watch. Disable it and reboot, then reset the defaults on the keys. Reboot again and see how things are.
netdaemon.exe is a rogue file. Are you unable to delete it? Is one of your anti-spyware or your AntiVirus picking it up and unable to delete?
