Why are you using System Restore. That should be used as a last resort for fixing a problem.
Adobe has it own uninstaller. MS has nothing to do with it. Unless they now own Adobe.
You might be logged in as an Administrator, but you have to RIGHT click on some things and choose Run as Administrator.
