LJ, you didn't answer my question. I appreciate you posting your system details, but have you tried performing a repair install of Windows 7 yet?
Did you try performing a repair install of Windows 7? If so then your last option would be a clean install of Windows 7 unfortunately.
You might try following the instructions in my guide for repairing Windows 7 and see if that solves the problem.
