You need to download JavaRa, unzip it and run the .exe file. The first dialogue you see is shown in the attachment below .... See if that helps.

It sounds like you have a corrupted install ..... Add/Remove Programs - uninstall Java 14 Download the full copy from here ..... JRE 6...
I would try a file recovery program such as Recuva (freeware) and, if the drive is seen try to pull data off.
