Windows Key Codes are Not in the cd unless you made a copy and put it there.

Windows firewall would/can block things. It can't tell OE to send mail to the delete folder... When you open OE and click on Tools->Message...

When the friend opens the mail, does the attachment show the tmp extension? What happens when they save the file to their desktop?

Disable the drive in the BIOS and or Device Manager.
You shouldn't have to do anyting with IP addresses. Just enable File sharing.

Try Deleting an old mail and see if it comes back then.
I've never used CCleaner but know it has a built in "restore" function. If that was turned on it should help.
