Hi PwyllTwiceborn. Click Start< Run and type regsvr32 /i shell32.dll and press enter. Reboot the computer. That should fix the problem. :)
Keep us posted. More than likely its probably a third party add-on that causing the problem. Do you have any internet explorer toolbars installed?
