You can't copy a drive using the copy command. Windows files that are in use will not copy... You'll need a drive imaging program like True Image.
And when you say Outlook Express - you really mean Windows Mail;) Control Panel->Defaul Programs->Windows Mail->Set Program
You can setup the "Archive" function to archive all or some folders..You tell it to archive all files that are older then "X" number of days......
