Might I suggest PDF-XChange Viewer instead of Adobe? (unless you have the paid version) Adobe has become rather bloated in my opinion.
So, I take it that a USB drive has to be plugged in before the boot order can be changed to boot from a USB drive in Windows 8?
What format are the addresses in? (comma separated value, .pst file, etc.) It would be helpful to know what version of Outlook you are using too.
