Unzipped again to desktop and nothing showed up so apparently the files are non-existent.
I just unzipped a file to C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp but the directory is empty. Unzip showed the file was unzipped successfully....
Was always a Dos user (DrDos actually), and then when everything was changing I went w/ Win '95. Not a great OS, though the updates certainly helped.
My solution was to update manually. In the past this has apparently been fine.
