XXCOPY is worth a gander and here's a tutorial (note the section "XXCOPY for Disk Cloning" if using NT, 2K or XP).
When the error message next appears, click on the Details button and copy and post the full text.

Open your Hosts file and, should you see an entry for Pogo, delete it (the entry; not the file!).
