Not the first problem here with Classic Shell. Haven't had any of my not PC Savy friends call and complain either.
What error does it show in the Device Manager? Have you tried updating the driver for it?
I use Classic Shell and love it. Know several other people that use it also and they like it. I like the price of it also. :D
