How did you figure that out? You have done other things to you PC since you started this thread.

It will run in Safe Mode. Have downloaded a lot of cleanup programs in Safe Mode to fix many PC's.

Have you rebooted the PC? Maybe malware? Have you run any scans?

Have you tried this? Repair/Re-install Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 I would back up everything just to be sure that nothing went wrong.
When you get this fixed, UNINSTALL JAVA. It is not needed 99.99% of the time anymore. It stays full of vulnerabilities.
Why would you use DVD's? An external HD would be a lot better choice and they are pretty cheap now.
Have you tried the one for 7? Seen more then once when an older driver would work just fine.
If you MOVE something and it goes wrong, you have lost it. Better to COPY then if all goes well, you can delete the old.

Did you look at the tag on the bottom of the PC to see what OS? If it was over heating, could of fried the MOBO and you are stuck.
