    So I reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled windows 7 and all my other programs and everything is working properly now! Thanks for help.

    Yea so since my temp folder is messed up I can't open Comobo Fix or rkill in normal mode or safe mode. I'm starting to think a complete system...
