Does this happen to Everyone you send a mail to or just one person? If just one person - the issue could be on their end.

Microsoft would be my guess....since the mail is flowing through them. All the problems started when you went to WLM...
Odds are they are all being filtered out as SPAM. Might have to get an email app installed.

I doubt there are two files. You're probably just shrink the main one.
2 gigs or before is where the problem begins....So if and when you can get into Outlook - create another PST file and MOVE at least Half of your mail.
If you know the name of the devices and who makes them go to thier web sites. If they don't have any - you'll have to replace the parts.
So do you mean you've gone into the account and added and saved the password? If so - delete the account info and re-set it up.
