Try cleaning with a head cleaner - there may be dust on the head or maybe the cd head has just gone south.
If its iron, try magnet. If it fails, disconnect the tower and try shaking it with your audio out face down. Let gravity do the work for you.:p

Seems like a bad block on one of your Seagate hdd. Get another HDD & copy your data to it. That's the best I can suggest.

Run a chkdsk followed by defrag. Sometimes problems on disk can create various problems. Get them out the way first.
