Are you overclocking your computer (CPU,RAM, video card - anything) ?
In that case check your RAM with memtest http://www.memtest86.com/.
Check if ToggleKey option is enabled in Accessibility Options in Control Panel.
Is your CPU fan ok? Check CPU temp.
