i had tried to restart my computer many times to no avail, so didnt think about the external BD player lol, it apparently was the problem....
Sorry about that. W10 pro 64bit. everything else works fine no problems. only thing is when i click to restart computer it acts normally...
When selecting restart from start menu PC begins process then after a blue screen saying windows is restarting a window pops up with only a button...
