    Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1 wont install

    I forgot to mention that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility 1.0 does not clean up Windows Installer itself, only "entries" regarding programs...

    Try downloading Windows Installer 3.1 Redistributable (v2) to the local hard disk and install it from there. Don't forget to choose your language...
