    Windows is shutting down (hangs here)

    XP just won't shut down. Even if you have just turned the computer on and shut it down or try to resart it straight away it freezes on that...

    Can anyone help. I have just upgraded a friends machine from ME to XP. Formated the hard drive in NTFS Installed XP No problems or error...
