    I don't know what fixed the problem. There is no Adobe Flash10. But there is an Adobe Shockwave Director 10.1, which will place a np32dsw.dll file...

    Whatever works for you. I would never go to DSL, from Cable. If for no other reason that my local DSL provider is sold on MSN.
