    Are you sure that you are moving the files ? - I suspect you are copying them, in which case they will appear in both folders.

    Yes, I had an earlier driver than yours installed and it worked fine on 10 after the upgrade. I have since updated to the latest driver without issue.

    AFAIK that is not possible - Win 10 is an upgrade for Win7/8. If you want to make a clean install on an empty partition I think you will need...
