It's spyware. Use the links to adaware or spybot, or bith, in Newt's signature.

I'd be a bit leary of windll.exe. Have you done a recent and updated virus and trojan scan? How about a check for spyware?

Right click on My computer and go to properties. Choose the automatic updates tab. Adjust accordingly. To get rid of windows messenger.......
