    Hey guys, thanXz for the suggestions. I sorted it in the end.. I found that turning off uneeded IRQ's in the bios, fixed this problem......

    Its just the extra cost i wanted to avoid, I could also understand it, if i had, had problems with 98 and other os's but its just XP releated.....
