When my comuter is loading Windows it will hang at the splash screen. The taskbar goes to about halfway and then sits there for about 30 seconds....

Yeah the drop down menu one. The Media folder and Links folder both reappear... even after just restarting the browser.
Everytime I restart Windows my IE favorites has a "Links" folder added to it. How do I get rid of it?
Funny I had the same problem, and solved it the same way. Only when I was able to get 6.0 installed it completly destroyed my file structure....
