    CD-RW occasionally not found

    Hi doddy, Just a suggestion. If you're O.K. working inside your computer, put the CD-R as master on IDE2 and the CD-RW as slave on IDE2 as well....

    not recognizing ram

    Hi, Sounds like your Motherboard doesn't support this type or ammount of memory. Check in the User's Guide that came with the M/B or computer....
