    I haven't done malwarebytes yet. I did let SP3 finish though. oops. Would it be possible to go back to a restore point? Or just continue on....

    The McAfee is the freeware from Comcast. The Norton Ghost has never been installed, so I'll say McAfee is the current AV

    Norton, Symantec Corporate Edition. I removed AVG, I'm guessing some of it remained. Only time I see it is when I start up Outlook.
