    Persistent update reminder: CAPICOM

    I think if you go to the Windows Update there is an option to hide this update. Look under your update history...... mickzer.

    Moving Task bar from the top of the screen back to the bottom

    You shouldn't be getting the "up and down one ". It should stay as an ordinary cursor.You must be clicking on the edge. mickzer.
