    Hi,

very new to this and a beginner when it comes to dealing with things like this. Have tried searching google for answers but the suggestions of malwarebytes and hitman have both failed to remove it completely.

Does anyone have a definitive answer on HOW I remove this from my computer once and for all?

    Many thanks.

I would still post the logs. There could be all sorts of other stuff be installed without your knowledge.

Web of Trust didn't like that link that was posted by smokinjoe, so I would follow Arie and Pete's advice promptly. Neil.

That is fine. I was just telling you what WOT says about it. To me, no PC should really be without WOT. You can still go to it and you can also rate it with WOT.
