I had a program that showed each web site as a green/yellow/red light which stopped me from going into any sites that will hijack my pc with a search engine(like Conduit) but it has disappeared for some reason & I was wondering if anybody knows what it is called. Also I can't find "conduit" any where so I figure it must be under some other software name that I accidentally loaded. Does any one know what I should look for?

I got rid of the conduit by finding "SearchProtect" I have no idea where it came from but it is gone now!
Malwarebytes found & removed two Trojans. I have a firewall + virus protection & yet things still seem to get in. It just seems like a constant battle to keep my system clean.
Is that the same for others? or am I missing something?

You must have Downloaded software or an Update without reading the Menu thoroughly. Conduit comes in with Shareware and McAfee and Norton are also offered when Downloading Adobe and the likes.
You need to READ everything and UNCHECK before you click NEXT. Neil.
