Resolved black screen with a CMD box

Hello Guys,
i am new here, my name is kayblay and i badly needs help. I have a Windows 7 HP pc which was heavily infected with multiple viruses which I managed to clean.
The problem now is that the system will not boot normally to the desktop and instead boots to a black screen with a CMD boxed window titled Administrator: cmd.exe
with the content text,
Line 1 = Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
Line 2 = Copyright <c> 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
Line 3 = (blank line
Line 4 = C:\Windows-system32>

Thanks Pete C, i resolved it by following the instructions on this link http://www.windowsbbs.com/malware-v...ws-7-boots-black-screen-cmd-boxed-window.html with a little changes i did (fixlist.txt ).
