Resolved web and microsoft trouble

HI

have few issues .

1) my microsoft virus stop working so i uninstall it try to reinstall but it
wouldnt let me come with Error 0x80070656 say some thing proventing it.

2) during that time i found out something is redirenting my web pages ie8 and google im using the caches to go round the pages even here had use caches .

3) only small thing the desktop icons comig up slowing slugish on boot up

please help thanks
