I'm having an issue that just started recently. When I'm trying to watch any video on any website it plays just fine until I expand to full screen and then it gets jumpy and very choppy. I tried to update my video driver and it says it's already up to date. Baffled. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

    MS Windows XP Professional SP3
AMD Turion 64 Mobile Technology ML-28
638 MB RAM (I know it's not much)
    ATI Mobility Radeon XPRESS 200
Internet connection speed is 42 Mbps.

Like I said before, it was working fine until just recently and I haven't made any major changes or downloads.

Hi amaurer2. First download and install the latest AMD Catalyst Driver from here, AMD Catalyst™ Display Driver.

Then install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player from here, Adobe Flash Player.

After thats done reboot the computer and test the issue.

What Internet browser are you using to watch videos on? Do you have IE8 installed?

I will try these things. I'm using the latest ie that XP will run. However, I generally use Chrome but the problem is on both browsers. It started on chrome and ie was fine but now both have the same issue.

I tried everything and nothing worked. I think it had something to do with the amount of RAM that I had. My son spilled water on the laptop and now it only makes 2 loud beeps when I power it on. RIP Compaq V2000.
