    Hello have you tried a different browser like Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera.

    Also the sites you are trying to enter may have drive-by-virus's or spyware bots attached that will activate if you click on the message box.

    The reasons I mention this are;
    1. How are you 'checking' IE to find conflicts?
    2. Do you manually check settings or do you click on the box?
    3. If you click on the box it would be a good idea to do a anti-virus scan and a spyware
    check.
    4. If you find a virus and or spyware there is a spyware section on the site that can
    advise you on what to do.

    What version of Internet Explorer are you running? What operating system and is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

    Go here:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/...-8-Information-bar-frequently-asked-questions
    and click on:
    Which messages are displayed in the Information bar? to expand a list of warning messages and their causes.

    In your case, "a webpage tried to use an ActiveX control or script but your security settings did not allow it. "

    The solution is to go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Security tab and add such sites to the Trusted Sites Zone.

    I have added most system details to my profile. This does not happer with tjhe chrome browser. I have run several anti virus programs. Now it comes to my attention that "trusted sites" do not add to my security settings as they should, which explaines to me, why the problem....So this is solved, but a new problem exist about security. Thanks to all for your attention.
