Resolved [How do I close cyberlink media library?]

    How do I close cyberlink media library ? I am trying to install a program and I get the message that I need to close cyberlink media library. I can't find it to close. Thanks

    Welcome to the boards. You don't give us much info to go on. Do you see it running in Task Manager? If so, close it down.
    They make programs that will stop it from running at startup and some programs have the option within themselves to do that also.

    You need to fill out your system specs. Near the top left, click on User CP and when you are finished, be sure to save it.

    Get to a command prompt (as Administrator) and type:
    sc stop "CyberLink Media Library Service "​

    I got it working I found a newer verison of the program was trying to install that an ingore feature I was able to ignore cyberlink media and install the program.
